Body Wraps

The application of an active ingredient, combined with the heat produced within the wrap, increases the elimination of toxins from the body, improves the body contours, the texture of the skin and can also motivate a client to improve their body shape and lose weight.

The active ingredients may be in the form of paste, powders, oils and solutions and the choice will affect the specific effects of the individual wrap. The information and instructions from the product suppliers should be studied before making the selection and executing the treatment.

For example:

• Marine Products e.g. seaweed - have a diuretic effect, introduce vitamins and minerals and help to eliminate toxins from the body.
• Essential oils ? help to eliminate toxins from the body and may relax or revitalise.
• Marine and volcanic muds ? hydrate, introduce minerals, help to eliminate toxins from the body and refine the skin texture.
